Michael J Barnes (MJB) has resided in Arizona for 45 years and has spent 20 of those years building a successful reputation in providing trusted mortgage advice and solutions to his many customers.
MJB also has developed a strong following of Realtors as well in Arizona that rely on Michael for mentoring and coaching to assist them in serving their customers at the highest levels.
MJB has served in many roles within the Industry (including President of his own Mortgage Banking Company) and levers his experience to assure he’s providing his client’s with as much time and attention they need in educating them in regards to the Homeownership Cycle, which includes what is most people’s largest investment in their lives, the Mortgage component.
MJB is passionate in his abilities to assure that his customers get the time and attention they require to understand everything involved in getting approved for a Mortgage. He understands and accommodates everyone’s individual desires in the manner they want to approach the process and uses his vast experience to provide them the information, confidence and comfort that they’re making the right decisions.
His services don’t stop with the “funding” of the Mortgage. MJB excels in building long-term relationships with his customers and being accessible for expert advice at their request for years to come regarding managing their mortgage/s.
In addition to a successful career in Mortgage Banking (and a bull rider in college), MJB does a great job of balancing time with his terrific family (3 kids Alice, Chase, MJBII & wife Leslie) in supporting their activities, including serving on the Executive Board of their school and being fully engaged in all of their extracurricular activities!
